Cultivated by small cooperative farmers at elevations reaching nearly 6,000 feet, Bourbon and Kent varieties thrive in mineral-rich clay soils, developing elegant acidity and refined sweetness.
Notes of ripe pear, soft strawberry, and delicate jasmine florals unfold over a clean, balanced body. The washed process enhances transparency in the cup, allowing the character of the land to shine.
