Return & Refund Policy – Grounded in Grace Coffee™

At Grounded in Grace Coffee Co., we stand behind every product we offer. Because we sell both perishable coffee products and non-food merchandise, our return policy is outlined below.


Coffee & Perishable Products (Non-Returnable)

Due to the nature of our products, all coffee and other perishable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-Food Merchandise (30-Day Policy)

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-food merchandise only.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase

Returns vs Refunds (Important)

In many cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned, especially for low-cost merchandise.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions after your request is reviewed.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Coffee or perishable goods

  • Custom or special orders

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, we recommend placing a new order after your issue is resolved.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
